DormLife

DormLife is a platform built around Singapore’s dormitory system. On one side, the 400,000 migrant workers who live in the country’s purpose-built dormitories. On the other, the companies that employ them.

For the workers, DormLife is a set of everyday-life tools designed around how people living in dormitories actually communicate, transact, and stay connected with home. Language is a first-class design concern, not an afterthought.

For the employers, DormLife is compliance and communication infrastructure — the tools needed to meet Ministry of Manpower obligations and stay meaningfully in touch with the workers you employ.

CivilQuants

CivilQuants is a toolkit of measurement calculators for civil engineering estimators.

Civil estimating runs on spreadsheets — large, brittle, error-prone spreadsheets that one senior estimator understands and nobody else can audit. CivilQuants replaces the most common measurement calculations with purpose-built tools that are fast to use, easy to verify, and hard to corrupt.
