Launching June 2026.CivilQuants
CivilQuants is a parametric quantity take-off engine for civil engineering estimators. It produces CESMM4, NRM2, SMM7, and MMHW Bills of Quantities — together with dimensioned drawings — from a single parametric model. Quantities only; rates are supplied by the user.
It is built for estimators producing tender Bills of Quantities — solo estimators, small consultancies, and large-practice teams working at speed against deadlines.
What sets it apart: every output prints the working that produced it. The same parametric model serves the human web UI, the downloadable BoQ and drawing pack, and any MCP-aware AI agent. One source of truth, auditable end to end.
Launching late 2026.DormLife
DormLife is a platform built around Singapore’s dormitory system — everyday-life tools for the migrant workers who live in the country’s purpose-built dormitories, and compliance and communication infrastructure for the companies that employ them.
In design and early build. Earliest launch December 2026. Singapore-only at launch. More detail when the work lands.
